Vandal-Proof Solutions

We custom design Human-Machine Interaction (HMI) systems specifically designed for use in public, industrial, or other high-risk environments where robustness and durability are essential. These products are based on reinforced components, such as tempered or laminated glass, and CJB provides all the necessary instructions to the customers, to ensure maximum protection against intentional or accidental damage.

These products are suitable for installation in public kiosks, transportation hubs, ATMs, EV charging stations, vending machines, and industrial environments, where safety and durability are paramount, to minimize downtime due to breakdowns or unscheduled maintenance.

The key component for ensuring maximum display security is the Displax touch screen, also available with armored glass, even in very thick glass.

The glass is tempered and chemically hardened: for example, a 6mm thick touch screen protecting a 21.5" display has a resistance exceeding IK10 (impact of 20 Joules).

Behind the vandal-resistant touch screen is typically bonded a high-brightness display (at least 1000cdm2), ensuring excellent visibility even in bright ambient light. Also this component can be provided by CJB who is specialized in high-brightness enhanced LCD displays.
