Ultra-high brightness displays are specifically designed to ensure optimal visibility in extremely bright ambient light conditions, such as outdoor environments or indoor areas with very high brightness. With brightness levels reaching up to 4000 nits, these screens provide sharp images and vibrant colors even in direct sunlight, eliminating glare and maintaining content readability.
Available in sizes up to 65 inches, these displays are ideal for advertising, informational, or digital signage applications in sunlit environments. The robustness and quality of the materials used ensure long-lasting durability and reliable performance even in the harshest conditions.
The High-TNI-Open Cell structure reduces the risk of "blackening" (dark spots on the display screen) when direct sunlight hits the display. The surface of the display can withstand temperatures up to 105°C without experiencing blackening.

How We Design an Ultra-Bright Display
The main manufacturers of industrial LCD displays offer a limited range of high-brightness products. Therefore, it can be challenging to meet the specific requirements of clients.
For over 10 years, CJB has operated a subsidiary in Taiwan, where we purchase original new displays from various manufacturers (AUO, LG, BOE, Innolux, etc.), disassemble them in a dust-free clean room, modify them by removing the original LED bars, and install our custom LED bars that use ultra-bright, high-efficiency LEDs. We also modify, if necessary, the light guide and the mechanics of the original display, and finally reassemble the display by adding an external LED driver suitable for providing the high current needed for the new backlight LED bars.
This process results in an ultra-bright display with the following advantages:
- Very low cost
- Maximum brightness as per requested specifications
- The display maintains 100% of the original viewing and operating characteristics in temperature.
The operations described above are possible for displays of any resolution, starting from 7" and up.
Ultra-Bright Medium-Sized LCD Displays
Ultra-bright LCD displays available in sizes from 7" to 32", suitable for use in industrial applications, food appliances, dashboards and marine or automotive panels, vending and ticketing machines, etc.
Large Ultra-Bright LCD Displays
Ultra-bright displays that use traditional LCD technology, featuring perimeter backlighting, backside lighting, or selective local dimming, with sizes up to 65 inches. Suitable for outdoor use, advertising or informational totems, etc.
