Controls for Professional Refrigerators
Control systems specifically designed for professional refrigerators. These systems consist of a CPU board, touch display, and I/O boards.
In-house designed systems by CJB, specifically developed for professional refrigerators used in gastronomy, pastry, and fermentation control.
These systems allow monitoring of all machine parameters, including internal temperature, humidity, sensors, and alarms.
They feature external interfacing through wired connections such as USB or Ethernet, or wireless connectivity via WiFi or Bluetooth BLE.
The systems are composed of:
- A powerful CPU board capable of displaying complex graphical interfaces, including animations.
- One or more high-resolution displays (depending on the CPU board used).
- Touch surfaces for the display or standalone buttons, designed to function even when using gloves or in the presence of moisture and condensation.
- One or more I/O conditioning boards (e.g., relays, digital and analog inputs and outputs, temperature sensor interfaces, etc.), connected to the CPU board via a fieldbus (e.g., Modbus, CAN) or, in simpler cases, integrated directly onto the CPU board.
The machine logic is entirely managed by the CPU board to ensure centralized control and easy maintainability of the overall software project.

5" Control for Pastry
5 MOSFET outputs, 7 relay outputs, 2 digital inputs, 3 temperature inputs, 1 analog input 4~20mA, humidity sensor interface, 12Vdc or 90~240Vac power supply, 5" LCD display. Equipped for Wi-Fi or Ethernet connectivity, USB. ▲
7" Control for Fermentation Cabinets
5 MOSfet outputs, 7 Relay outputs, 2 digital inputs, 3 temperature inputs, 1 analog 4~20mA input, humidity sensor interface, 12Vdc or 90~240Vac power supply, 7” LCD display. Prepared for W-Fi or Ethernet connectivity, USB. ▲
