Controls for Professional Ovens and Kitchens
Control systems specifically designed for professional ovens and kitchens. These systems consist of a CPU board, touch display, and I/O boards.
In-house designed systems by CJB, specifically developed for the professional kitchen environment.
These systems allow monitoring of all parameters of a professional oven, braising pan, kettle, etc., including temperature, humidity, water intake, sensors, and alarms.
They feature external interfacing through wired connections such as USB or Ethernet, or wireless connectivity via WiFi or Bluetooth BLE.
The systems are composed of:
- A powerful CPU board capable of displaying complex graphical interfaces, including animations.
- One or more high-resolution displays (depending on the CPU board used).
- Touch surfaces for the display or standalone buttons, designed to function even when using gloves or in the presence of moisture and condensation.
- One or more I/O conditioning boards (e.g., relays, digital and analog inputs and outputs, temperature sensor interfaces, etc.), connected to the CPU board via a fieldbus (e.g., Modbus, CAN) or, in simpler cases, integrated directly onto the CPU board.
The machine logic is entirely managed by the CPU board to ensure centralized control and easy maintainability of the overall software project.
In detail:
Basic Control System for Bakery Ovens
It features 2 digital inputs, 5 MOSFET outputs, and an interface for a thermocouple. Powered by 24V DC, it includes either a digit display or an OLED display. This control system is ideal for managing small bakery ovens.
Optional connectivity includes USB, BLE, and Wi-Fi. ▲Basic Control System with a 5” or 7” display.
It features 8 digital inputs, 9 MOSFET power outputs, and 2 thermocouple interfaces. Powered by 24V DC, it is suitable for controlling medium-sized combination ovens.
Optional connectivity includes USB and Ethernet. ▲Control for medium-large ovens and multi-cooking, with 7" and 9" displays.
12 PNP/NPN digital inputs, 12 relay outputs, 4 SSR digital outputs, 4 thermocouple inputs, Modbus-RTU interface, 12Vdc~24Vdc power supply.
