Controls for Automatic Ironing Machines
Modern laundries require automatic ironing machines for shirts, pants, and other garments. CJB provides dedicated electronic controls for these machines.
An automatic ironing machine for shirts, pants, and other garments uses controlled steam jets on the fabrics after they are placed on specialized "mannequins" managed by mechanical arms for garment positioning.
CJB has developed a range of controls for such machines, featuring displays of various sizes and a set of custom boards for managing the pneumatic valves that control the positioning arms used to tension the fabrics.
An ARM-based CPU board, designed by CJB, serves as the system's core, communicating via Modbus with multiple interfaces for the pneumatic valves and various sensors.
The system is completed with an ergonomic and user-friendly software interface.
These hardware solutions are almost entirely custom-made according to the client's specifications, and CJB provides full design and manufacturing support for the control system based on the client's requirements.
