For almost 30 years CJB has been collaborating with Marsilli SpA, a leader in the production of special lines for winding coils of all types.
CJB mainly supports Marsilli on the software side, which for the management of windings is - as you can easily imagine - of great complexity.
Marsilli lines can include dozens of XYZ axes and thousands of I/O.
Generally the management is in CANbus or EtherCAT.
In order to obtain hard-real-time behavior, CJB is using QNX OS (now available in rev. 7). CJB s/w department is highly specialized in designing software which must run in QNX OS.
The applications are developed with our SoftPLC tool "PowerPLC-Bridge".
